Our meats come from pigs born exclusively in Friuli Venezia Giulia, raised and slaughtered according to our tradition within 20 km from our company
The pigs are raised in compliance with the following animal welfare regulations an exclusive diet of GMO-free cereals and vegetables
There processing of the meats takes place "hot" within two hours of slaughter, spices are then added to the cuts according to our exclusive recipes. Lovison cured meats they come then tied by hand with care by our butchers
